Whatever your sector of activity and its requirements, we are committed to offering you high-quality glazing solutions tailored to your needs. To achieve this, we have developed a complete range of polycarbonate and laminated glass glazing solutions. To improve the performance of our glazing, we offer a range of coatings, including anti-scratch, anti-fog, anti-UV and anti-graffiti. All our glazing solutions are UN R43 certified, and polycarbonate glazing for agricultural and forestry machinery undergoes resistance tests. Our commitments:

  • FOPS test levels 1 and 2
  • Saw chain test approved

For QUALITY glazing

Polycarbonate and laminated glass are the materials of choice for vehicle glazing solutions because they offer excellent optical quality.

The light transmission of laminated glass is over 90%, while the light transmission of clear polycarbonate is around 88%.

Laminated glass is extremely resistant to abrasion.  It requires no additional treatment to resist scratching and rubbing. It is the ideal solution for applications where optical durability, visual clarity and durability are paramount, such as glazing for emergency vehicles and law enforcement agencies. Laminated glass guarantees reliable protection, even after years of exposure.

Polycarbonate is more sensitive to scratches than glass. To overcome this, we apply a hard coating that forms a protective layer resistant to scratches, wear and cleaning products. This high-performance coating extends the optical life of the glazing, while retaining the transparency, lightness and impact resistance of polycarbonate. It’s an ideal solution for combining protection, long-lasting visibility and enhanced safety glazing solutions.

Fog can quickly compromise visibility, safety and operational efficiency. To counter this, our glazing solutions can be fitted with a high-performance anti-fog coating. This specific treatment prevents the formation of condensation on the surface of the glazing, even in the event of sudden variations in temperature or high humidity. It is particularly recommended for emergency vehicles and agricultural and forestry machinery exposed to the elements.

Combined with our Cleargard®  glazing solutions, anti-fog treatment further enhances the safety, comfort and performance of your glazing.

Thanks to interlayer films, laminated glass naturally blocks up to 99% of UV rays, without the need for additional treatment. This effectively preserves vehicle interiors, limits fading of materials and improves thermal comfort.

Untreated polycarbonate allows UV rays to pass through, which can yellow it over time. To counter this, Cleargard®  applies a specific anti-UV coating that blocks up to 98% of harmful UV rays and protects the material against ageing, improving the optical durability and longevity of the glazing.

At Cleargard® , all our glazing is screen-printed in-house to guarantee quality, precision and durability on all types of glazing, whether laminated glass or treated polycarbonate.

To ensure fast, reliable installation that complies with technical requirements, all our Cleargard®  glazing is primed and supplied with a bonding kit. Installation instructions are available to help you every step of the way.

This integrated service ensures safe, durable installation with no unpleasant surprises, while saving you time on site or in the workshop.

All our polycarbonate and laminated glass is UN R43 certified, in accordance with European regulations on motor vehicle glazing. This certification guarantees:

  • Impact and splash resistance
  • Minimum transparency (light transmission)
  • Maximum safety for occupants in the event of an accident.

Are you developing or converting a vehicle and want to get your glazing solutions approved? We can help you with the certification process, providing you with our technical expertise and dedicated support to validate your project with relevant organisations.

For each of your projects, our made-to-measure glazing is delivered ready to use.

Polycarbonate is a material that requires special care to preserve the glazing over time. For this reason, we supply a gluing kit and an advice guide on how to use and maintain the glazing, to ensure the longevity of our products.
