The building incorporates sustainable technologies such as solar panels, drainage paving stones, complete LED systems and presence detectors to reduce our energy consumption and limit our carbon footprint. The use of sustainable plastics contributes to greater durability and reduced environmental impact.
Recyclability of end-of-life materials and Sustainable Plastics
The design also emphasises the recyclability of products and the use of innovative materials, ensuring that the building is environmentally friendly and sustainable over time. We work closely with specialist waste management and recycling services.
Internally, offcuts and scrap of sustainable plastics are reclaimed and recycled, contributing to better resource management. We limit waste, optimize raw materials and promote the circular economy.
